Important Information

For Your Child's Safety

We're thrilled to have your child join us for our Forest School! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you help us by:

  • Equipping your child for the outdoors:
To ensure your child is comfortable and safe during our outdoor adventures, please make sure they have appropriate clothing and footwear. If a child arrives unprepared, we may not be able to allow them to participate, and unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.
  • Being on time:
Punctuality is key to a smooth Forest School experience. Please make every effort to drop off and pick up your child at the scheduled times. To ensure our teachers can return to Tokyo on time after the program, we ask that parents make every effort to pick up their children on time. If a late pick-up requires us to rebook train travel, we'll need to ask the parent to cover the additional cost.
  • Providing essential information:
Complete the online application form with accurate details about your child's health, allergies, and any medical conditions. This information helps us provide the best care possible.
  • Health Insurance: All children must have valid health insurance. Please provide a copy of your child's insurance cards during registration.
  • No Snack Policy: To ensure the safety and well-being of all our students, we will be providing food for all participants during the program. Because many of our students have different dietary restrictions and food allergies, we kindly ask that no personal snacks be brought to the program.

By following these simple guidelines, you're helping to create a safe and positive environment for your child and all participants. We can't wait to explore nature together!

Cancellation Policy

When you enroll your child in our program, you secure a spot that includes time, meals, materials, and staffing for their chosen camp week, regardless of whether they attend. While we hope everyone who registers can join us, we understand that sometimes plans change. With this in mind, please understand that any cancellations will follow the terms outlined below:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your child's enrolled camp week starts, you will receive a full refund (100%).
  • If you cancel 30 days or less but 14 days or more before the start date of your child's enrolled camp week, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before your child's enrolled camp week starts, there is no refund.

Also, please note that we will deduct any charges incurred from supplying the refund from the refunded amount. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please email us at info@tokyochildrensgarden.com.
